"Melissa has been an incredible part of our family and childcare needs for more than 3 years. She was such an amazing night nurse for our first daughter that we knew immediately we had to have her when we brought our second daughter home.
We continue to use Melissa for routine babysitting and trust her completely. The kids adore her and she feels like family. She is highly intuitive with the kids needs and is proactively engaged with them. She is a great communicator and dependable. We’re happy to be a reference and speak to our experience with her. " – The Jeske Family.
"I cannot say enough wonderful things about Melissa. As a first time mom I had so much to learn and she was an incredible source of support, guidance, and reassurance from day one. She patiently taught me everything about caring for my son, helping me understand his needs and giving me the confidence especially in those early newborn days.
Her calm, loving, and nurturing presence made such a difference in our home. My son absolutely loved spending his nights with her, and I always felt completely at ease knowing he was in such caring hands. Her knowledge, experience, and genuine love for babies shine through in everything she does.
She became such an important part of our family’s journey, and we are forever grateful for the care, wisdom, and kindness she gave us. I wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for exceptional newborn care and support! " – The Capela Family
"The 14 weeks we worked with Melissa were such an important part of making this newborn chapter one of our calmest, most special, and most memorable.
As third-time parents who were new to the world of night nurses, we initially wanted the extra support simply so we could feel more rested for all of our kids. We were surprised by how much more we got out of our time together. Melissa has so much knowledge and experience, and we were incredibly grateful to have her by our side through every infant challenge.
She was always there to talk through strategies that can feel completely overwhelming when you're sleep-deprived and hormonal. Whether it was reflux and gas, transitioning from a swaddle to a sleep sack, or daytime feedings, Melissa listened, offered thoughtful suggestions, and helped us feel more prepared.
We consistently felt that our baby was safe and well cared for, which not only helped us get more sleep but also significantly eased my postpartum anxiety. Because she took care of the baby's laundry, unloaded the dishwasher, and cleaned bottles and pump parts, she ultimately gave us more quality time together as a family.
Melissa is direct in the best way and gently told us what we needed to hear, always with our baby's and family's best interests in mind. As a mom herself, she's gentle, reassuring, and supportive, especially when we talked through more sensitive topics like a dip in my milk supply. She is incredibly reliable. She always showed up on time, and on the rare occasions she wasn't able to work, she arranged coverage well in advance, so we never went without care on a scheduled night. I wholeheartedly recommend Melissa to any family lucky enough to book with her.
If you can, lean into the full experience by scheduling care several nights a week for at least 12 weeks. If you don't, you'll probably find yourself asking her for more nights once you see how much of a difference she makes!"
